The Directors of Aquatic Management Group are:
Gary Barclay

Gary has 20 years experience in the sports industry and has been employed in many management and leadership positions during this period including:

  • the establishment and formation of Carey Aquatic Inc., now one of Australia's highest profile clubs (1995-2000);
  • the inaugural National Events Manager for Swimming Australia (2000-2002) and;
  • the first General Manager of a local swimming club in Australia - Nunawading Swimming Club (2003-)

Nicole Barclay
Nicole has 24 years of experience in the aquatic industry as a swim teacher and as a secondary physical education and health teacher. Nicole manages the day-to-day operations for Aquatic Management Group.





Aquatic Management Group manages a number of elite athletes, including Olympians Brooke Hanson OAM, Shayne Reese and Michelle Engelsman and Paralympian Matthew Cowdrey OAM.
